It is not that you lack ability, but because your resume isn't showing it.

Many resumes sound generic. You could almost pull your name out and insert anyone else's and it would make as much sense!
Many resumes are stacked with unnecessary, distracting, and sometimes damaging language. For example, words such as "excellent" and "skilled" and "ability" do nothing to communicate your worth.
When you only communicate your past it is more difficult for employers to assess your future value, capabilities and growth. Great resumes also clearly include the potential you bring.
Truly reflect the capabilities YOU have, and the difference YOU make. Stop using generic language. Module by module make small adjustments that elevate your resume beyond everyone else's.
Use research findings from the science of language and marketing insights to influence others. Know the words to use that present you favourably. Create a resume that inspires trust, credibility and curiosity. Your resume will draw the reader in and they will have no doubt about the capabilities you will bring.
No longer cringe or be reluctant to share an outdated resume. You will have a document that competes favourably (more than favourably) with others. You will have a resume you are keen to show and put forward for career-changing opportunities.

Along the way I've built what I call my Resume Spell Book. This is a set of guidelines for refining resumes I refer to again and again. This collection of research insights and evidence backed approaches is what I use to help people refine their resume with the most powerful words.
You have had too many job rejections.
Your resume confuses those who read it.
The phrase "Send me your resume" fills you with fear.
You want a resume that authentically reflects you.
You value an evidence-based, proven, step-by-step system.
You know your career will benefit from a well-crafted resume for years to come.
You are tempted to get an AI to update your resume, but don't want it coming out weird.
Mid-career professionals ready to advance into leadership.
Professionals in merit-based environments (public sector, regulated, panel hiring...).
Emerging talent who is keen to seek new opportunities.
Those struggling to shift from showing operational to strategic evidence.
Quiet achievers who shrink from "selling" themselves.
HR professionals/leaders who review resumes.
Then Science of the Resume is for you.
